Are there any shipping charges?
We deliver free of cost to any address in India via reputed courier partners.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If you have ordered a product from the Existing Collection, the product will reach you within 3-7 business days. If you have ordered a product which is specially Customized and Personalized on demand, it may take approximately 15 to 20 business days for delivery. Upon confirmation of your order, you shall receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location.
Orders placed after 2 P.M IST on any day are processed next day.
Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to bad weather, flight delays, political disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your emails and SMS regularly for such updates.
ABYS shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond our control.
Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
We ship 7 days of the week. We do not process orders on National Holidays. You can expect delivery of your order on any of the business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.
How can I track my package?
We will keep you updated on the status of your order from the date of order till dispatch through our Order Tracking Id. On dispatch of your order, you will receive your shipment details & tracking number by e-mail. You may simply check the status by visiting the courier partner's website.
Tracking may not appear online for upto 24-48 hours in some cases, so please wait until the courier partner scans your package and updates on their website.

What happens if I am not Available at the time of Delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt thrice before an item is returned to our warehouse. Please make sure, you add your available phone/mobile number in shipping address while you place an order, this will speed up the delivery process.
I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?
The current logistics infrastructure in India doesn't allow us to expedite further at this time.
What happens if the order is undelivered due to wrong information?
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed from the user placing the order.
What happens if the information provided is found to be untrue?
The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. ABYS reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), ABYS has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
